This project consists of a few graphic designs covering both my athlete life and my personal life.

Body anxiety has been a challenging issue I need to overcome in my teenage life. Body development delay has brought me some obstacles to blend into my social surroundings seamlessly. I tried to express and heal myself through making graphics and other forms of creations. The first series of three collages are trying to reveal that, behind this skinny and less “mature” body, I got a pure heart, I made many dedicated endeavors while other people are being distracted by the vivid teenager life, and I believe that small body can also project a larger shadow as long as I climb higher.

The image of this project is an abstract depiction of my feelings when I am surrounded by my peers who look much more mature than me. Through this drawing, I want to show that the “grown” peers can only see the view above the “grown” jungle. While me, as a little figure standing in the void of the bushes, can enjoy all the lovely and sophisticated details hidden under the jungle crown.
